This is a medium-light roast, multi-purpose of brewing blend that perfectly suits black coffees like espresso and pourover filter coffee.

  • Espresso: 20g dose, 46g beverage yield, 28s extraction time
  • Flavour Profile: Cranberry, red apple, grapefruit, black tea
  • Milk: 23g dose, 40g beverage yield, 33s extraction time, 150g milk
  • Flavour Profile: Strawberry cheesecake, cranberry
  • Pourover Filter: 15g dose, 45g water + 30s blooming, 2m 00s extraction time, total 225g water
