This washed processed typica from La Fortsleza has a nice sweetness and balanced acidity as well as delicate red apple-like acidity. It's not like other South American coffees such as Brazil or Colombia. It's got more delicate tea-like quality which is pleasant!
Recommended Brew Method: Pourover Filter, Espresso
  • Filter Recipe: Hario V60, 16g dose, Medium-fine Grind Size(6.5/20), 240g of Water(94℃), 2:15 Brewing Time
  • Espresso Recipe: 20g:40-42g, 26-29 seconds, 93℃ Water Temperature
