La Benedicion is a coffee that has a strong flavour of stonefruit characteristics. It is grown in a highland in Huehuetenango region where facing two different sides of the wall of mountain which has created a unique microclimate that forms a beautiful cherry and peach note in this coffee. Not only just those stonefruits are delicious but also the caramel and cacao notes are creating a great balance.
 
 
 
Recommended Brew Method: Pourover Filter, Espresso
  • Filter Recipe: Hario V60, 16g dose, Medium-fine Grind Size(7/20), 240g of Water(94℃), 2:00 Brewing Time
  • Espresso Recipe: 20g:40-42g, 26-29 seconds, 93℃ Water Temperature

Return & Refund
Returns are only accepted with prior approval from Normcore Coffee where a return authority number will be issued and must be with 14 days of invoice as this coffee is a fresh product. A 15% restocking fee applies and the item must be unused and the packaging in new condition.
  • Coffee Beans: should be undamaged, the bag should not be opened, should be stored as whole bean condition(ground bean is not accepted).
  • Equipment: should be undamaged, the package should not be opened.
Normcore Coffee will also accept returns in accordance with New South Wales and Australian law.
