There is an increasing number of customers who want specialty single origin capsule coffee for their home and work. So, we have chosen the most favourite origin, Ethiopia, for our very first single origin coffee capsule offer. This Ethiopian coffee is from Sidamo, Guji, and is a washed processed heirloom that has floral, citrus, stonefruits characteristics. Through the capsule machine, it brings a cafe-quality flavours but it is more efficient and convenient. 


How this coffee is roasted

The best way to express the coffee's own characteristics through capsule machines, medium roast profile is the ideal way. So, this coffee was medium and fast roasted, then nitrogen flushed to remove CO2. This way, it contains more aromatic compounds, and will be extracted well through capsule machine more stably.
