Golden Dingo was from a project for testing other blend products. The project was to discover the sub-categories our customers were looking for. And we found one segment from the project: a classical Italian style.

Italian espresso has long been in our history, but these days, only a few roasters do this style because, for someone, it needs to be updated. So, we have made the neoclassical Italian espresso blend for everyone to enjoy.

Its roasting profile follows the classical style. It is dark, bold, heavy, and has a bittersweet finish.
