About This Coffee

Golden Dingo was from a project for testing other blend products. The project was to find out sub-categories that our customers were looking for. From the project, we found one very important segment which is a classical Italian style. Italian espresso has long been in our history, but these days, not many roasters do this style because, for someone, it is out of date. So, we have made the neoclassical Italian espresso blend for everyone to enjoy.

Its roasting profile follows the classical style. It is dark, bold, heavy, but also has a bittersweet finish.

  • Aroma: Intense Dark Chocolate Aroma
  • Flavour: Dark Chocolate, Caramel, Vanilla
  • Aftertaste: Lingering Dark Chocolate Finish
  • Acidity: Very low to no acidity
  • Body: Heavy body with Caramelized Sweetness
  • Balance & Overall: Very heavy with a lingering Dark Chocolate finish

Recommended Brewing Parameters

  • Espresso: 18g In, 24g Out, 15 Seconds
  • Milk-based (150ml): 22g In, 34g Out, 35 Seconds, 150g Milk
  • Pourover Filter (Chanho-Tornado): 20g In, 240g Out, 1 Minute 20 Seconds (60G Bloom, 30 Seconds)
