It's our special project blend, working with 45 Independent producers in Colombia. To ensure quality and consistency. Also to maximise the benefits for producers and our customers! We will keep at least 70% blend component from this Tolima region of Colombia and 20-30% from Brazil for the balance of the coffee!

A. We do our production roasting on every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (except public holidays), and roasted coffees are stored in the warehouse for a few days for the dispatch of orders. 

B. All the coffees are sent from the stock(warehouse) unless it requires a specific roasting date. Thus, the coffees you will receive will be between 2 and 7 days after the roasting. 

C. If a specific roasting date is requested, it might take a little longer (1-2 days) to get delivered.

D. All orders are dispatched on the next day (except public holidays). 

Returns are only accepted with prior approval from Normcore Coffee where a return authority number will be issued and must be with 14 days of invoice as this coffee is a fresh product. A 15% restocking fee applies and the item must be unused and the packaging in new condition.

Coffee Beans: should be undamaged, the bag should not be opened, should be stored as whole bean condition(ground bean is not accepted).

Equipment: should be undamaged, the package should not be opened.Normcore Coffee will also accept returns in accordance with New South Wales and Australian law. 

Delivery

We have free shipping for all purchases over $50. Any orders under $50 will be charged $9.5 for regular shipping by Australia Post. This usually takes 3-5 business days(NSW), and the other states might take longer than this, depending on the demands at the Australia Post.

About This Coffee

This coffee project is centred in the village of Gaitania, where Emmanuel is a coffee grower raised by coffee grower parents, who taught him everything about coffee. In 2006, he had the opportunity to learn much more about processes, quality, and varieties, managing to focus his farm and several producers in the zone on producing specialty coffees, but he had a problem in common with the other coffee growers, they could not produce large quantities, because they did not have a central processing centre for quality processes.

That is why, in 2016, he began with his family to create a coffee processing centre that became a strategic bridge between more than 15 villages in Gaitania and processing the coffees of coffee growers throughout the area. That’s how this project began to build and develop the drying stations to receive the coffee and process all together to ensure two things: quality and consistency—always paying 30% above the market to the producers and working with 45 independent producers to make this coffee project sustainable and unique in the Tolima region.

Amazing value - please keep making this blend!

I tried Forest Blend on a whim because it was at a great price for a 1kg bag. I found the Golden Dingo and Damn Good Blend a little to dark and roasty for my tastes. Orange Sugar Blend is good and Forest Blend fills the gap very nicely. Exactly as it says on the packet. Great as espresso, with milk (flat white and piccolo in our house) and I even used it at a coarser grind on a camping trip in the moka pot and it held up well - red berry and fruit flavours remained. I hope this is a regular blend from Normcore and they keep making it.
